Food Ordering and Delivery Terms and Conditions

2. Ordering Rules
Orders are accepted until every Wednesday and are processed from the following Monday to ensure the highest quality and freshness of the delivered meals. Orders can be placed via the website, phone, or email.
3. Order Processing Time and Delivery Area
Deliveries are available within the L1-L37 postcode areas. Meals are delivered in two batches:
- First Batch – Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Monday from 5:00 am to 7:00 am (customers choose the preferred time).
- Second Batch – Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Wednesday from 5:00 am to 7:00 am (customers choose the preferred time).
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled from the Friday before the upcoming Monday delivery. After this period, the order is considered binding and is not eligible for a refund.
5. Delivery Conditions and Liability for the Parcel
Meals are securely packaged but should not remain outside the refrigerator for extended periods, especially during warmer months. If you are not available during the delivery window, you may choose a safe place for the package to be left, but this is at your own risk. The location should be protected from direct sunlight and adverse weather conditions.
6. Payment Methods
Fast Fit accepts payments by card, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on delivery, if agreed with the delivery person.
7. Complaints and Returns
In case of damaged packaging or other issues with the order, customers have the right to file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints should be submitted via email to [email protected] .
If possible, please include photos of the damage.
8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Fast Fit processes customer personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulations. Data is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
